"Carnes and Sons installed a brand new AC/Heater system in my house after my old unit gave out. They did a fantastic job with the install and had me up and running in only a couple days. I got quotes from around 8 vendors and they were significantly cheaper for the brand and high end unit that I wanted installed. They were legitimately the cheapest option I got quoted despite them providing the highest end unit. Other companies were quoting me 2-8k more for similar systems or quoting the absolute most basic AC system and still changing more. Do yourself and wallet a favor and give them a call. I also spoke directly with the owner several times during the quote process and he was always extremely helpful in addressing any questions I had as I was deciding which company to choose. Once the install was complete they handled setting up the inspection and did the product warranty registration making everything a very smooth and easy process."

"The service was amazing! My AC would not cool down the house, not even at night, and with 103° weather outside I was really worried — especially since I have a 5-month-old. They came out the same night I called, which was so urgent for me, and went out of their way to really investigate the problem. Now my AC is holding steady at 72° without any issues. The team was professional, quick to respond, and made sure everything was working how it’s supposed to. I really appreciate their honesty and great customer care — I’ll definitely be sticking with this company for all future service needs. Highly recommend!"
